About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at Ballarat Landscape Supplies in Delacombe, VIC. This is a casual weekend role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their landscape supply needs
  • Maintaining a well-presented, tidy and organised retail space
  • Restocking and replenishing shelves as required
  • Operating the point-of-sale system and cash handling
  • Supporting the team with other general retail duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential
