Archos Group provides a vast suite of construction services across the Electrical & Telecommunications sectors, undertaking the construction of Telecommunications Structures and compounds along with the construction of Electrical substations in both Brownfield and Greenfield environments. With a large number of projects currently in progress and about to commence across the east coast of Australia we are seeking Civil Construction Workers as we have a number of roles available for hardworking individuals to join our growing team

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Ability to successfully undergo Coal Services Order 43 Medical (inclusive of Drug and Alcohol Screening)
  • Prior experience within the Electrical and Telecommunications industry will be highly considered.
  • Have at least experience in one of the following areas including: excavation, concreting, formwork, reo, in-ground services installation.
  • Ability to work as a team and perform civil duties.
  • Experience working with and around large Construction plant maneuvering around sites including but not limited to Concrete trucks, Concrete Pumps, Excavators, Cranes, Vac Trucks.
  • Possess a safety conscious/ can do attitude.
  • Current MR/HR Licence preferable / minimum C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Current VOC/Licence to operate plant and equipment including Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Be hands on with a great work ethic
  • Construction Safety Awareness Training (Blue / White Card)
  • Pit and Pipe/Cable Hauling accreditation is desirable but not essential
  • Must be available to work some weekends and work away with plenty of overtime available.

Immediate start available.

The successful candidate will be offered above award hourly rates and LAFHA based on experience and qualifications.
