Position Overview

As a Civil Construction Worker, you'll assist in the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance works across civil assets. Reporting to a Team Leader or Leading Hand, you'll carry out a range of physical tasks that help ensure our infrastructure remains safe, clean, and operational.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systems.
  • Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting with traffic control and maintaining site safety.
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Providing courteous service to residents and road users.
Candidate Profile

We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

Essential:

  • Valid Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
  • Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fields.
  • Skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
