Hi all

Mejico is a modern Mexican inspired restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills with one of the largest agave spirit selections on the planet.

We are currently looking for a Bartender

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender.

We are a young and fun team and we open Tuesday to Saturday which means Sundays and Mondays off now, that's the hospo dream

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
  • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid NSW RSA.
