BFT Caroline Springs is looking for an enthusiastic and motivating Part-Time Group Fitness Coach to join our team

ABOUT US

At BFT, we deliver science-backed group strength training, progression-based programming, and an unbeatable community vibe. Our coaches inspire, educate, and lead members through 50-minute workouts designed for real results — and real fun.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a BFT Coach, you will be the heartbeat of the studio. Your role includes:

  • Coaching high-energy group classes
  • Engaging with members and creating an incredible training atmosphere
  • Providing technique correction and individual support
  • Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
  • Opening and/or closing the studio as needed
  • Bringing positivity, energy, and encouragement every session

REQUIREMENTS

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness
  • Current CPR & First Aid
  • Previous group training experience
  • Weekend availability (Permanent Part-Time role)
