The Australian International Academy (AIA), Caroline Springs Secondary Campus, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our vibrant teaching team.

We are looking for a passionate educator who can inspire and engage students, foster critical thinking, and deliver high-quality teaching and learning outcomes in line with the VCE curriculum.

About the Role:

  • Full-time, ongoing position commencing 27 January 2026
  • Teaching Psychology and related subjects depending on your skillset
  • Contributing to the academic, social, and emotional development of students
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive and innovative school environment

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and Psychology
  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility to obtain) & Workrights in Australia
  • A commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
