What you will do
You will assume a central role in guiding the strategic direction of the firm whilst ensuring superlative outcomes for clients spanning various sectors. Your daily undertakings will encompass direct engagement with clients on multifaceted assignments ranging from international tax advisory to large-scale property management. You will work in concert with other partners to identify prospective business opportunities and contribute substantively to the continued growth of the practice. By mentoring junior associates and advocating inclusive values within the team, you will help cultivate a positive workplace culture that prioritises both professional distinction and personal wellbeing. Your aptitude for fostering trust-based relationships will be paramount as you navigate complex challenges alongside a knowledgeable cohort dedicated to effecting meaningful change.
- Provide high-level strategic counsel across the firm's core service areas including strategy.
- Cultivate robust collaborative relationships with clients by discerning their individual requirements and delivering bespoke solutions aligned with their organisational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with fellow partners to advance the firm's vision by contributing to business development activities and identifying new avenues for growth within both established and emerging markets.
- Mentor junior colleagues by imparting knowledge, encouraging professional development, and nurturing an inclusive team culture founded on trust and mutual respect.
- Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to enhance its standing within the local business community whilst expanding your own professional network.
- Ensure all client engagements are conducted efficiently by upholding exemplary standards of compliance, risk management, and ethical practice throughout every phase of service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally to deliver integrated solutions addressing complex client challenges across multiple disciplines.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of internal processes by providing constructive feedback on best practices and supporting advancements in service delivery.

- Extensive experience within professional services or consulting environments accompanied by demonstrable expertise in at least one of the following domains: strategy & advice, retail & commercial property management, accounting & tax compliance, or infrastructure & investment planning.
- A proven record of establishing enduring client relationships through empathy, attentive listening skills, and an authentic commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and ethical conduct throughout all stages of engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners across diverse industries.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members by fostering their growth through constructive feedback within an inclusive environment.
- A dedication to continuous learning coupled with adaptability when responding to evolving market trends or regulatory changes affecting clients' interests.
- Commitment to upholding principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and shared success within both client-facing interactions and internal team dynamics.
- Proficiency in utilising technology platforms pertinent to your area of expertise for efficient project management or data analysis purposes is highly desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (such as CA/CPA/LLB/MBA) are preferred but not essential if complemented by substantial practical experience in analogous roles.
