Now we're looking for an
Associate (3+ years' experience)
to join our Adelaide office who is ready to take ownership of live mandates, lead and nuture our next generation of rockstars, and help shape strategic outcomes for the businesses that move things and people.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead day-to-day execution across
  live M&A and capital-raising transactions
  .
• Work directly with leading operators, financial sponsors and investors from the comforts of Adelaide — contributing to negotiation, structuring, and deal strategy.
• Recruit, manage and
  nurture analysts and interns
  , helping them grow their technical and commercial capability.
• Build and review detailed financial models for logistics, transport, and infrastructure assets.
• Prepare information memoranda, management presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Leverage our
  proprietary industry data and analytics
  to generate insights and valuations that differentiate our advice.

You Are

• 3–6 years' professional working experience in a similar role, ideally in investment banking, corporate finance or corporate development
• Have formal business, accounting, finance or related qualifications
• Highly proficient in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction process management.
• A natural mentor who enjoys developing analysts and interns while delivering high-quality work.
• Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and comfortable running key workstreams.
• Equally effective in a boardroom or on a site visit in hi-vis.
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and caffeine.
