Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant
  • Relevant hospitality qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to implement systems and meet service and financial targets
  • Solid understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts
  • Immediate start preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Manage rosters in line with budget targets
  • Oversee staff training, development, and performance management
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of events and functions
  • Conduct stocktakes and manage ordering for the restaurant and wine list
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Manage reservations and ensure smooth hosting operations
