About this role

This is a senior leadership opportunity in our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large team of servers, bartenders and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
