About the role

Coverforce is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to manage our client base in Albany, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional insurance broking services to our local clients, helping them navigate the complex insurance landscape and secure tailored coverage to protect their businesses and assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to understand client needs and exposures
  • Researching the market to source the most suitable insurance products and policies
  • Negotiating with insurance providers to secure competitive coverage and terms
  • Preparing detailed submissions and proposals for clients
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the insurance placement process
  • Ensuring timely policy renewals and communicating any changes or updates
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and proactively identifying new opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably within the brokerage or commercial insurance sector
  • Detailed knowledge of the insurance industry, products and regulations
  • Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Relevant insurance qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
  • Tier 1 Broking qualifications are an absolute requirement
