KITCHEN STAFF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparing and cooking menu items to Hecho en Mexico standards

· Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines

· Ensuring all food is prepared safely and hygienically

· Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

· Assisting with stock rotation, labelling, and storage of ingredients

· Supporting chefs and team members during busy service times

· Communicating clearly with FOH staff to ensure smooth service

· Reporting any shortages, issues, or hazards to management

KITCHEN STAFF REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

· Team player with good communication skills

· Reliability and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $42.15 per hour
