Tarboosh Lebanese Kitchen (TLK) is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor working at our Crows Nest store on a 38-45 hour week basis. Wage offered is dependent on the level of your experience.

As the restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for running all aspects of operations - implementing systems, hiring and training your team to meet company and business standards and philosophies.

This is a hand-on position. To be successful in this role you will:

- Be experienced in a Café/Restaurant environment with minimum 3 years experience
- Have a solid knowledge of current trends and styles
- Have a strong business acumen and proven ability to control costs
- Have amazing food and beverages knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced F&B environment and deliver excellent service standards under pressure
- A proven ability to implement work place procedures
- Have a strong customer service ethos
- Be an excellent multi tasker as this role is multi-faceted
- Have strong capability in supervising staff and rostering
- Be able to create a welcoming and caring environment for customers
- Be able to resolve customer concerns and inquiries
- Current RSA Certificate
- Recording of daily takings and expenses
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Managing budgets and reporting to management on weekly and monthly basis and overseeing stock levels
- Handling administration and paperwork
- Suggest improvements

Skill Requirement:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
- Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office and general POS functions
- Effectively communicates through verbal and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
