Join a Leading Waterproofing Specialist – Brisbane Roles Available

Are you ready to step into a key role with a high-performance team in the waterproofing and protective coatings space? A well-respected specialist in waterproofing, flooring, remedial and joint sealing systems (with over 20 years' industry experience) is expanding its footprint in Brisbane / Gold Coast, and is seeking three motivated, experienced professionals to join our industry leading client.

Our client delivers high quality waterproofing & flooring systems — from sheet membranes, liquid membranes, polyurea, epoxy flooring, structural toppings, line marking through to concrete sealing — for large commercial, residential and remedial projects.

We currently have these three roles to be based in the Brisbane / Gold Coast region:

1. Waterproofing Applicator

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing membranes and protective coating systems (liquid, sheet, polyurea etc) across a variety of projects
• Prepare surfaces, carry out remedial sealing and patch repairs
• Follow work specifications, quality and safety protocols (site OHS, environmental, QA)
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure work is executed on-time, defect-free, and to manufacturer's standards

Experience / skills required:

• Demonstrated experience in waterproofing membrane systems (commercial / large-scale preferred)
• Knowledge of liquid membranes, sheet membranes, polyurea, joint sealing
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and interpret technical instructions
• High attention to detail, safety mindset, punctual, reliable
• Valid certifications / tickets (white card, etc.) as required

2. Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and execution
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects
• Monitor quality, safety, environmental and compliance on site
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to applicator teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards of workmanship

Experience / skills required:

• Proven experience managing waterproofing / protective coatings / remediation or similar construction projects
• Strong organisational, planning and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets and cost controls
• Experience negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Familiarity with compliance, safety, environmental requirements

3. Business Development Manager

Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities, generate leads, build relationships with builders, developers, architects, strata managers, consultants
• Prepare proposals, tender submissions, presentations, follow-ups
• Drive revenue growth in the SE Queensland market (Brisbane / Gold Coast)
• Work closely with operations / project teams to ensure deliverability and margin
• Represent the company at events, networking, industry forums

Experience / skills required:

• Strong track record in business development / sales within construction / waterproofing / coatings / remediation sectors
• Established network of contacts in the building / developer / consultant space
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand technical products and translate value propositions
• Self-motivated, target driven, strategic mindset
