International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. As a Premier Relationship Manager based at George Street Branch, you will be responsible for being a trusted advisor to your own unique portfolio of high net-worth customers, ensuring the highest ethical standards and operational integrity.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating a connection with our customers by understanding their needs
- Manage customer enquires in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate HSBC values and behaviours.
- Provide comprehensive and professional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer or Executive gained with the retail financial services sector
- The desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your career
- Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs by delivering first-class customer service and making a difference
- Proven track of record in growing customer portfolios and a diverse range of high net worth customer portfolios
- Relevant experience in personal lending products experience (including mortgage lending)
- Higher School Certificate completion is essential and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship or working rights or who can show they currently have unrestricted work rights in Australia with no limitations.
