We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our leading team in Pemulwuy on a 12-month contract.

The purpose of the role will be to provide critical administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Major Account Managers, enabling them to focus on strategic growth, relationship management, and share of wallet opportunities.

This role ensures that day-to-day supporting tasks, reporting, documentation, and process coordination for major customers are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with CouriersPlease (CP) service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Assisting in preparing, maintaining, and distributing key customer reports (e.g., DIFOT, monthly performance summaries.
  • Record and track meeting minutes, action registers, and follow-ups for Major Account Managers with all major customers.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of customer meetings and internal planning sessions.
  • Manage and update CRM records to ensure customer data integrity.
  • Assist with the onboarding or transition activities of new or restructured major accounts.

Commercial & Analytical Support

  • Assist with margin and pricing reviews, including preparation of data for analysis and re-pricing proposals.
  • Support the annual pricing adjustment process through document preparation and accuracy checks.
  • Conduct basic trend analyses and provide supporting data for volume, revenue, and cost tracking.
  • Prepare draft correspondence, proposals, and service reports for Major Account Managers' review.

Customer Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for routine customer enquiries, escalating appropriately to Major Account Managers.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments (Operations, Service Delivery, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Support service delivery consistency and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and organisation.

Compliance & Process Support

  • Ensure adherence to CP's policies, systems, and governance standards.
  • Maintain organised electronic filing systems and version control for customer documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Major Accounts function.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service, Commercial Support, or administrative role (preferably within Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industries)
  • Strong administrative and organisational background with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems
  • Exposure to customer-facing environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
