We are looking for experienced Plant Operators to join our team for a Construction project in Onslow on a 3:1 FIFO roster.

The Kens Bore Project is part of an Iron Ore Mine about 1500 km South-East of Onslow and is fully owned and operated by Mineral Resources. Ken's Bore has its own Airstrip and flights operated internally by MinresAir from Perth and Brisbane Airports.

The Civil Scope includes the detailed earthworks, formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, vibrating, finishing, de-forming, and backfill for the Non-Process Infrastructure.

To be considered for this role you must be able to:

  • Perform all work in accordance with company safety policies, practices and procedures,
  • Operate Mobile Plant and equipment, including any aftermarket technology, in accordance with company procedures,
  • Report incidents/accidents and areas of concern/workplace hazards in accordance with on-site reporting procedures.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • 3+ Years' Experience in similar position operating Excavators and Bobcats.
  • Experience in Final Trim Works.
  • GPS experience will be highly regarded.
  • 3+ Years' Experience in Civil Construction Environment.
  • Understanding and adherence of all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Excavator and Bobcat tickets.
  • Construction White Card.
