Join the King of The Hills team as an EXPERIENCED Excavator Operator and be responsible for operating a variety of excavators in a production mining environment. This role requires a level of proficiency in operating different machinery to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.

About the role

  • FIFO from Perth
  • 2:1 night/day roster
  • $ $69.83 per hour (dependant on experience)
  • 7% market uplift allowance - paid quarterly

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an open-cut mining environment
  • Extensive experience operating excavators in production mode, preferably one of the following; Hitachi 3600, Hitachi 2600 & Hitachi 1900
  • Demonstrated experience operating variety of ancillary equipment
  • Physically fit for the demands of the role
  • Proven ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Great interpersonal and communication levels
  • Current C Class Drivers License
