We here at TOM Executive have partnered with a large financial institution to recruit a Clearing Operations Officer for a 2/3-month contract role, based in the Sydney CBD.

  • Flexible working available 1/2 days per fortnight in the office
  • Excellent rate

Overview of the role:

  • Coordinate and execute operational workflows across the property purchase lifecycle, from contract review until settlement.
  • Complete all clearing (products) operational tasks following all procedures and checklists
  • First point of contact for clearing product incidents, you will raise incidents for escalation and be proactive in resolving with our technology team

Your Background:

  • 2-3 years experience working in a back office operational role with an understanding of settlements
  • Understanding of markets
