DSA are currently looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide quality 1/1 **Individual Support **to our participants in an in-home and community setting in Liverpool.

**Your role**:

- Following behavioral support and care plans to support participants live independently
- Assisting our participants to achieve their NDIS goals.
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support participants to be an active part of their community - transport to doctors appointments, shopping, community events they wish to attend.
- Supporting participants to increase and develop skills - travel training, budgeting, safe relationships, life skills (cooking, shopping, cleaning).
- Live by our values and bring a positive, proactive, and engaging version of yourself

**What's in it for you?**
- A casual contract and shifts in **Liverpool | **Currently around 13 hours.

**Additional requirements**:

- Flexibility and availability to work
- Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above) and vehicle.
- A great understanding of person-centered active support and willingness to embrace this model of support
- First Aid/ CPR | NDIS Worker Screening Clearance | WWCC | Covid19 vaccination
