Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex enterprise transformation within a large, highly governed organisation. This role sits in an early-phase transformation environment and will focus on shaping foundational analysis, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to support future delivery.

The role is well suited to a BA who is comfortable working in ambiguity and enjoys helping organisations define structure, processes, and operating models at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and documentation of current-state business processes
  • Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Produce clear, structured analysis artefacts to support transformation planning
  • Support the development of service-oriented processes and operating models
  • Work closely with program leadership to progress agreed scope items
  • Translate complex discussions into practical, usable documentation

Required Experience

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in large or complex environments
  • Strong experience working on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to service-based process design or operating model work
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable operating in early-stage or evolving environments
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Able to propose structure and approaches where clarity is still emerging
  • Practical, outcome-focused, and commercially minded
  • Flexible working style with the ability to attend in-person sessions as required
