About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business decision-making and process improvements by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data across departments. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, develop insights, and help drive efficient solutions that support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop process maps, workflows, and functional documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and assist in change management
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and organisational standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar)
  • Experience with requirement gathering techniques and process modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Eligible to work in Australia

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or workflow tools)
  • Knowledge of data visualisation platforms or dashboard development
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural, or digital-transformation settings
  • Understanding of testing practices and UAT coordination
