Vivid is seeking new recruits who are passionate about providing a person centered approach to support people with disability achieve their goals.

Part time and casual positions available, based in Echuca.

As a Disability Support Worker you will support people with disability to:

  • actively participate in their local community or attend group progams
  • maintain and seek employment
  • work toward achieving their goals as outlined in their current NDIS plan
  • live as independently as possible in their own home

To be successful for this role, you must:

  • promote and model, active support
  • possess good literacy and computer skills
  • support continuous improvement and ongoing learning

Shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends.
