GUEST SERVICES AGENT - SOUTHERN OCEAN LODGE - KANGAROO ISLAND

Southern Ocean Lodge has an exciting opportunity for a Guest Services Agent to join our Southern Ocean Lodge family on Kangaroo Island.

Driven by a commitment to provide a real 'sense of place' for guests, this role will see you working to deliver an unsurpassed guest experience.

The Southern Ocean team is close-knit, attracting hospitality professionals from around the world and creating a remote family for guests and staff alike. Renowned for their relaxed and friendly first-name service, our people offer the magic that keep our friends returning for more.

This role will see you:

  • Meeting and greeting our discerning guests
  • Processing arrivals and departures
  • maintaining room accounts
  • Assisting with guest enquiries
  • Working on various administration tasks and generally being a pivotal point of contact for all guests.
  • Making Restaurant and Spa bookings
  • Scheduling the operations daily movements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Impeccable presentation and phone manner
  • Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
  • Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
  • Excellent word, Excel and Publisher skills
  • Full current South Australian Drivers License (or the ability to transfer from another state)
  • Ideally first aid credentials
