As part of the Royal Rehab Group, you'll be backed by one of Australia's most respected not-for-profits, with over 125 years of experience delivering life-changing disability and rehabilitations services. This means you'll have the stability, resources, and support to grow your career and make a real impact in people's lives.

About The Role..
Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. • Drive regional performance, overseeing financial results and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Champion inclusive employment, promoting the benefits of a diverse workforce to employers and partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Working in conjunction with Breakthru's Performance Manager, identify and understand performance gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead workforce planning, development, and performance to build capability and support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across teams and regions to enhance client outcomes, service satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

About You..
You're a confident and collaborative leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong background in operational and financial management, you know how to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

You bring a deep understanding of sector standards, a commitment to person-centred care, and the ability to motivate and support teams to achieve excellence.
