Be the link that changes lives
Every person's journey with housing is different—but what makes the HSL programs unique is how we walk alongside people, no matter where they're starting from. It might begin with a conversation during outreach or a knock at the door of someone's public housing unit. What matters most is how quickly trust is built.
Our teams are skilled at creating that connection—through fast rapport, unconditional positive regard, and a deep knowledge of local services. We don't work in isolation; we work together, as a multidisciplinary team, advocating for people and linking them to the supports that make a real difference.
It's not just about housing—it's about helping people feel seen, supported, and part of a community. And that's what makes this work matter
Employee Benefits:
• Above Award Salary - Minimum $73,924.99.
• 11 Wellbeing Days (to support worker well-being) - in addition to Annual Leave.
• Awesome Not-for-Profit Salary Sacrificing options of up to $15,899 per FBT year.
• Portable Long Service Leave (from eligible organisations).
• Excellent Learning & Development opportunities.

In this diverse and rewarding role, you'll provide short-term support, crisis intervention, and case management to help individuals and families access safe housing, health care, and essential social services. No two days are the same — you'll be out in the community, building trust through assertive outreach and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to create lasting change.
With access to flexible resources, you'll have the tools to respond quickly in moments of crisis and help people take their first steps toward stability and hope. If you're a problem-solver with heart and thrive in a role where you can see your impact every day — we'd love to hear from you
