Roster: Monday - Friday (weekend work available)

Options: Local

About The Role
We're looking for experienced
Leading Hand
- Diesel Fitters to oversee the team in Gladstone. This position will:

  • Perform Leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others
  • Perform trades duties associated with workshop and/or site operations
  • Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks

What You'll Need

  • Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment
  • A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
  • Problem-solving skills and pride in your work
  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
  • Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions
