We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Occupational therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services to our NDIS participants across all age groups. You will work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to provide evidence-based, goal-oriented interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions in home, community, or telehealth settings
  • Write professional reports and progress notes in line with NDIS requirements
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams to implement therapy strategies
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapist)
  • ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and person-centered approach
  • Previous NDIS experience preferred but not essential
