WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is for a remote telehealth OT.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a multidisciplinary therapy centre in Tamworth NSW offering group and individual therapy.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provision of occupational therapy, completion of associated paperwork such as goal setting, assessment writing, clinical notes. Please note, you will need to be able to complete work within the allocated hours. We have to work to client's and NDIS payments.
  • NO TRAVEL
  • You will manage your caseload. The work will be independent however as we are a multidisciplinary team there are opportunities to seek support with developing plans to meet the clients' goals.
  • Administration and reception support is supplied.
  • Clinical Supervision support (external if we cannot provide onsite) for employees. Contractors can join our regular peer supervision sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Member of AHPRA and Current Medicare Provider Number (or eligible)
  • Medicare Registration (or eligible)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • WWCC and Police Record Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or prepared to complete)
  • Own computer/internet if choosing telehealth.
  • Passion and interest in working with children and developing their skills. This role will also have an opportunity to work with our sister company Rayze, with clients aged 15 years to adult.
  • Desirable to have an understanding of sensory processing, different developmental delays including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Graduate

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $90.00 – $97.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week
