About the role

Parmelia Physiotherapy is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Kwinana Town Centre, Western Australia. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify and address client needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to help clients restore, maintain and improve their physical function
  • Providing a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
  • Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

  • Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience
  • Competed Masters in Musculoskeletal or Sports Physiotherapy is preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of physiotherapy conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients and team members
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
  • Experience working in a private practice or outpatient rehabilitation setting would be highly regarded
