With a reputation for reliability and excellence, we're growing fast and looking for a motivated Production Team Member to support our production team and help take our operations to the next level.

The Role:

In this role, you'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, meeting production targets, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. You'll also step up to lead the team when the Production Supervisor is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing daily workflow in the panel production area
  • Supervise, motivate, and support team members
  • Assist monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements
  • Maintain quality control and ensure OH&S compliance
  • Provide hands-on support with production tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Forklift license
