Your opportunity:

As a Marketing Lead, you will deliver highly effective marketing campaigns, targeting key customers groups with an outcome of driving consideration, orders and positive brand health outcomes.

You will be accountable for the development of the category marketing strategies and plans, creation of the marketing calendar and the recommended marketing campaign activities to deliver the business outcomes. This includes management of the full end to end marketing process.

This role requires an experienced, commercially minded marketer, with a passion for delivering exceptional marketing campaigns and innovative strategies to connect with target audiences and a desire to push the boundaries to deliver not just creative excellence, but highly effective, measurable marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the market and market dynamics. Be a subject matter expert in the marketing drivers of commercial performance.
• Understand the segmentation of the market, and the target audience. Their wants and needs and the most effective ways to communicate with them.
• Develop a marketing plan with clear strategies and tactics to unlock growth and put more of our products into even more Australian households.
• Work with external and internal teams to develop exceptional marketing campaigns based on compelling, validated consumer propositions.
• Work closely with media team to provide media planning recommendations for the specific brand / product portfolio.
• Launch and execute marketing campaigns in market in collaboration with channel specialists
• Understand and report on marketing performance in relation to business commercial performance.
• Continually shape and refine the marketing plan by collaborating with and communicating the plan to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Become a brand guardian, protecting the brand asset and enhancing the presence in market through highly effective creative campaigns.

What you'll bring:

• Relevant marketing campaign experience is required.
• Telco experience is an advantage.
• Relevant experience managing a team of direct reports or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing creative agencys, media partners and other external partners.
• Leadership experience in dealing with highly complex, business critical projects, with high levels of senior stakeholder involvement.
• Experience in delivering plans, strategies for senior levels of the business both written and presented.
• Management principles and techniques as applied to marketing portfolios.
• Curious to explore/learn media mix modelling tools.
• Development of relevant reports and presentation materials.
• Creative Excellence.
• Strong supplier management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
