Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Construction Claims Advocate is based in Barangaroo, NSW. The Construction Claims Advocate will handle the day-to-day management of construction claims, providing expert guidance, negotiating and settling claims, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. The advocate will collaborate with colleagues, clients, and insurers to deliver the best outcomes, analyze data for trends, and continuously improve claims processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction claims management and excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Law, or Risk Management)

  • Experience in a similar role within the insurance or construction industry is a plus
