Reporting to the Director, as a Project Manager you are passionate about providing project management services to new and existing clients, as well as assisting in the operational running of the Business Unit.   Managing the full project delivery life cycle ($1m - $50m across varying sectors such as residential, civil commercial, leisure projects), there is plenty of scope to forge a career pathway within our global company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and successfully deliver construction and fitout projects from inception to handover,
• Coordinate specialist design consultant appointments in consultation with Clients;
• Develop, refine and control the Client's approved budget and report on same;
• Develop, document and implement Project Management Plans
• Lead and manage critical relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Expertise and accreditation in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 5-6 years of industry work experience;
• Expertise in managing multiple projects;
• In depth knowledge of the property and construction industry including development, contracting and design;
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
• Ability to maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Class "C" driving license
• Membership in approved recognised Professional Body (preferred but not essential)
