Candidate Manager - Construction & Infrastructure

Permanent | Full-time (parttime considered)

At Full House, we partner with Tier 1-3 construction companies across NSW to build strong, high-performing teams. We're a small, experienced recruitment business that values quality, trust and long-term relationships over volume.

We're now looking for a Candidate Manager/Talent Partner to join our team someone who loves the delivery side of recruitment, thrives working independently, and is ready to step into a role where they can make an impact from day one.

This is a 180 recruitment role, focused on sourcing, candidate management and end-to-end delivery. You'll work closely with the Director and play a key role in shaping how candidates experience Full House.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the candidate journey from first conversation through to placement
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates across technical and site-based roles
  • Running structured interviews and providing honest, thoughtful guidance to candidates
  • Managing multiple live roles at once, with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline aligned to live projects
  • Partnering closely with the Director to deliver well-considered, market-aligned shortlists
  • Using recruitment systems to keep everything clear, organised and moving forward

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally within construction, infrastructure, civil or energy
  • Experience recruiting across both blue- and white-collar roles
  • Strong sourcing capability and an established industry network
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Clear communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
  • A structured, thoughtful approach to managing workload and priorities
  • Confidence working remotely and structuring your day effectively
