Our client is an established construction company specialising in the planning, design and delivery of commercial and infrastructure sector projects across New South Wales.

With an excellent reputation and proven track record, they are now a sector leading delivering projects across the region.

They now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis for a project in Tamworth. This project expected to run through until July 2026.

The successful candidate will be working as the sole Site Manager on site, acting as the main point of contact managing local subcontractors. It is preferred if the candidate is based in Tamworth or has significant previous experience working in the region. However, experienced candidates with a proven track record in regional work will also be considered.

Therefore this will require a strong character who has excellent stakeholder management and comfortable with detailed reporting and managing subcontractors. This has the potential to lead to other projects with the same client.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven track record working as sole Site Manager taking projects through to completion
  • Previous experience in Tamworth highly advantageous
  • Trade Qualification advantageous
  • High level of professionalism and strong reporting
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
  • Previous experience working remotely
  • Available for immediate start
  • Excellent communication skills and subcontractor management
