We deliver premium carpentry across Sydney, including high-end outdoor spaces, residential renovations, extensions, fit-outs, and commercial projects. The Role

We're looking for a Lead Carpenter to oversee and work hands-on across a variety of projects. You'll lead a small crew, ensure high-quality finishes, and be involved in both outdoor builds and broader residential or commercial carpentry work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a small team on site
  • Build decks, pergolas, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, as well as manage renovations, extensions, and fit-outs
  • Read and interpret plans with precision
  • Deliver exceptional finishes that meet client expectations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Work safely and efficiently, solving project challenges

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified carpenter with proven experience in both high-end outdoor and residential/commercial projects
  • Leadership experience, able to guide and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, motivated, and proactive
  • White Card and valid driver's license
