The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead a high-performing team in Melbourne Emporium. Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Oversee rostering, team development, and operational efficiencies.

Experience & Skills

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
