About the Role

We're on the hunt for driven and passionate individuals to join our opening team. Whether you're managing the boutique, styling our customers, or keeping stock flowing behind the scenes, you will be an integral part of our launch team.

  • Boutique Manager: Lead a high-performing team and run a successful boutique.
  • Assistant Boutique Manager: Support the management team and assist with daily operations.
  • Casual Boutique Stylists: Provide exceptional customer service and style our customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in premium or high fashion retail.
  • A love of customer connection and storytelling through styling.
  • Proven ability to meet sales, service, and operational KPIs.
