About The Role
We are expanding and have leadership opportunities across the state. As we prepare to open doors in Emporium, Chadstone, Highpoint and Doncaster in 2025, we are seeking exceptional, brand-aligned talent to embrace our by charlotte vision and culture. The role reports to the Victorian Cluster Manager and works closely with other key by charlotte stakeholders. Read on for the main responsibilities.
Maintain an exceptional level of service by leading by example in communication and customer engagement.
Review store performance daily, weekly and monthly; share feedback with the wider team and develop strategies for improvement.
Provide coaching to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
Offer ongoing coaching on product knowledge, storytelling and selling skills to develop best-in-business product and service experts.
Implement targeted sales strategies to ensure growth outcomes and achieve targets.
Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented according to guidelines.
Monitor traffic trends and rostering to maximise sales potential.
Uphold relevant policies and procedures to ensure team understanding, compliance, brand spirit and culture.
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Work Health and Safety standards.

You will have management experience in apparel, accessories and/or jewellery retail. You are a collaborator who embraces creativity and mutual support, with a can-do attitude and a passion for growth, connection and making a positive impact.
