About the Role – Williamstown Location

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator/Coordinator to join our collaborative and supportive Procurement team. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll be at the heart of the supply chain and working the procurement team. Reporting to the Purchasing & Inventory Controller, you'll coordinate sales and purchase orders, manage freight logistics, and support the smooth flow of operations using SAP B1.

Key Criteria


• Previous experience in freight management, logistics, or supply chain operations


• Strong computer literacy (Office 365 required, SAP B1 experience preferred)


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to raise purchase orders, crosscheck and confirm proforma invoices


• Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills


• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and customer service abilities


• Must hold a valid driver licence

Your Background

Ideally, you have a background in coordination within small to medium-sized supply chains or industrial suppliers.

• Permanent working rights in Australia


• Successful completion of a police check and reference checks
