What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team, including section waiters, food runners, and bartenders, to deliver exceptional guest experience
2. Ensuring efficient and smooth restaurant operations, including managing reservations, coordinating table seating, and overseeing the workflow
3. Providing hands-on training and support to front-of-house staff, developing their skills and fostering a positive work environment
4. Assisting with monitoring inventory levels, placing supply orders, and maintaining stock control to support the restaurant's operations
5. Resolving guest inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
6. Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate the flow of service and ensure menu items are delivered to guests promptly
7. Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives to continuously improve the restaurant's operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role, preferably in a high-quality, fast-paced dining environment
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences
4. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, revenue management and budget forecasting to ensure the restaurant's profitability
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and dining culture
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with both customers and the kitchen team
