With the rapid and exceptional growth of our business and BYD Castle Hill's strong momentum in the Australian market, we are experiencing high volumes and now need to expand our Finance and Insurance team accordingly. Your Role:

  • Manage financing options (loans, leases) to support vehicle purchases

  • Liaise with financial institutions to secure competitive terms

  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&I and aftermarket

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Deliver tailored financial solutions and complete F&I contracts and quotes

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

  • Collaborate with sales to integrate finance into the customer journey

  • Promote finance and aftermarket products through strategic marketing

  • Ensure compliance through policies, procedures, and risk mitigation

  • Support team performance and maintain F&I training with financiers

About You:

  • 3+ years' F&I experience in automotive

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction (MSI)

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional

  • Able to multitask and manage priorities

  • Bachelor's in Business/Finance preferred (or equivalent experience)

Base pay + attractive Commissions
