We're now looking for a motivated Buyer Specialist to support one of our top Sales Agents and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to buyers and vendors.

About the Role As a Buyer Specialist, you'll be the right hand to a Lead Sales Agent, assisting with the full sales process from enquiry to settlement. This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same.

You will:

  • Respond to buyer enquiries and manage buyer activity
  • Organise and attend OFIs, private inspections, and final inspections
  • Assist with negotiations and communication between buyers and vendors
  • Coordinate photography, staging, marketing materials, and property presentation
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, solicitors, and valuers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Support the end‑to‑end listing and marketing process
  • Ensure smooth communication and updates for vendors throughout the campaign
