Junior Order to Cash Associate – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Opportunity

Due to significant growth in the Government & Defence division at Toll group, we are seeking a junior order to cash associate to join our global logistics shared services function.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based in Wacol QLD.

As the Junior Order to Case Associate, you will be:

• Responsible for completing the reconciliation, dispute and collections processes for Healthcare Portfolio within Government and Defence.

• Assist with onboarding of Healthcare customers via receipt of completed forms and phone communication for confirmation of details.

• Providing high level of assistance to Healthcare customers via phone.

• Taking regular credit card payments.

• Accurate and timely completion of forms and reconciliation of Healthcare customers.

• Responsible for the integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks as applicable to the portfolio.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume group environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of accounting principles.

• Excellent finance system skills including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Ability to deal with pressure and tight timelines.
