Junior Order to Cash Associate – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth in the Government & Defence division at Toll group, we are seeking a junior order to cash associate to join our global logistics shared services function.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based in Wacol QLD.
As the Junior Order to Case Associate, you will be:
Responsible for completing the reconciliation, dispute and collections processes for Healthcare Portfolio within Government and Defence.
Assist with onboarding of Healthcare customers via receipt of completed forms and phone communication for confirmation of details.
Providing high level of assistance to Healthcare customers via phone.
Taking regular credit card payments.
Accurate and timely completion of forms and reconciliation of Healthcare customers.
Responsible for the integrity and timely completion of all data reconciliation tasks as applicable to the portfolio.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in a fast paced, high volume group environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Excellent finance system skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to deal with pressure and tight timelines.
