Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling in-store and phone sales
  • Offering accurate product advice and solutions
  • Informing customers of promotions and special deals
  • Managing customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Working one weekend day each week (11-day rotating roster)
