Container Transport is a Brisbane based logistic company who provides professional, reliable, and cost-efficient container transport services. We make your supply chain more profitable and effective by delivering quality transportation services every time.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team of professionals on a full time and permanent basis

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Oversee and assist with customer queries and concerns
  • Oversee and assist with the day-to-day customer service function including phone and email support
  • Process customer and supplier invoices (recipient created) using company specific software
  • Provide customer summaries and reports using company specific software and excel
  • Liaise with contractors and third parties to coordinate customer service outcomes
  • Maintain business records
  • Account reconciliations
  • Ensure the company's policies, procedures and standards are adhered to
  • Co-ordination of personnel activities including but not limited to safety, training and supervision
  • Report and collaborate with senior management to promote growth with customers and suppliers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
  • Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable
  • Must have great work ethics

Salary: Between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum Super
