Lead a High-Security Business – Now Part of MM Security

We're MM Security Group – Australia's leading security wholesale distributor. We're launching a new specialist division delivering high-spec locking and access control solutions to government and enterprise clients. 

This is a mature, mandated product line that's already protecting some of Australia's most critical sites – and it's just been mandated for the New Zealand market. The territory is ANZ from day one, with the opportunity to take what's proven and scale it further. 

The Role – Business Manager

This position leads the newest division in the MM Security Group. It's a small, agile team in growth mode, and you'll be across everything – from commercial leadership to operational oversight and key customer relationships. Location: Canberra or Sydney. 

  • Lead, coach, and build a trusted team of 5 across sales and operations
  • Own relationships with Tier 1 defence, government, and enterprise clients
  • Manage supply, stock, and made-to-order solutions with high standards of compliance
  • Drive margin and profit growth, with significant profit share upside once the division is paid down
  • Expand market share across ANZ from day one

About You

  • Senior leadership in high-security, electrical, defence, or complex distribution environments
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with full P&L responsibility
  • Decisive and detail-oriented – you thrive on accountability and high standards
  • Proven ability to balance strategy and hands-on delivery in a high-trust environment
