About You:

  • You are an experienced disputes/investigations lawyer
  • You have very recent private practice experience
  • You have experience with Commissions of Inquiry
  • You are experienced responding to notices and responding to regulators
  • You have had exposure to and are experienced in dealing with corruption and improper influence matters
  • You have industrial relations experience, which would be beneficial
  • You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
  • You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
  • You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
  • You have a current practising certificate
  • You have the right to live and work in Australia
