Our client is a well-established FMCG infrastructure business experiencing rapid growth through ongoing acquisitions. With a national presence and a lean, collaborative finance structure, the company is focused on scaling effectively while driving commercial insight and strong group-level performance.

About the role

This permanent FP&A Analyst role reports to the FP&A Manager within a very collaborative finance team. You'll look beyond the numbers to consolidate forecasts, deliver forward-looking insights, and partner across divisions to influence decisions and drive group-level performance.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Consolidate budgets, forecasts, and group FP&A reports across divisions
  • Deliver forward-looking analysis and insights to guide decision-making
  • Partner with divisional stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve performance
  • Support the FP&A Manager and Head of Finance with strategic group reporting deliverables

Skills and experience

  • Ideal first commercial move for Big Four or mid-tier auditors, or existing commercial finance experience
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach with experience working across multiple divisions
  • Solid analytical and Excel skills, with exposure to reporting systems
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced finance team
  • Switched-on and people-focused, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders
